When to use this guide
Use this guide if you install the OnlyScreenshot widget on a client website, an e-commerce store or your own web application and want to explain simply what the widget collects and when it does so.
This guide does not replace tailored legal advice, but it provides a stronger starting text aligned with the product’s actual behaviour.

To make technical issue reporting easier, this website uses a widget that, only when the user voluntarily chooses to send a report, may collect a screenshot of the page, the URL, browser, operating system, screen resolution, device technical data, possible console errors and the message entered by the user.
