Service description

OnlyScreenshot is a SaaS service designed to collect, organise and display bug reports coming from widgets installed on websites, together with screenshots, technical metadata and messages submitted by end users.

The service is primarily intended for freelancers, developers, webmasters and small agencies managing their own sites or client websites.

Acceptance of the terms

By using the website, creating an account or installing the widget, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms of Service together with the related privacy and cookie notices.

If you act on behalf of a company or customer, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

User requirements and responsibilities

• Use the service lawfully, fairly and in compliance with applicable law.
• Install the widget only on websites for which you have authority, permission or a legitimate operational basis.
• Do not intentionally use the service to collect special categories of personal data or information that exceeds what is reasonably needed for technical diagnosis.
• Keep your account credentials confidential and implement appropriate internal security practices.
• Ensure that screenshots, reports and messages submitted through the widget are handled appropriately in your own legal and organisational context.

Widget on third-party websites

Anyone installing the widget on a third-party or client website remains responsible for the correctness of the installation, the notices provided to end users and the legal basis applicable in that context.

OnlyScreenshot does not warrant that using the widget alone is sufficient to discharge all privacy, cookie or contractual obligations of the website operator.

Free plan and usage limits

Unless otherwise stated on the website, the free plan may include technical or quantitative limits, such as a maximum number of projects, monthly reports, storage or available features.

OnlyScreenshot may update those limits, introduce paid plans or change the commercial structure of the service with reasonable notice, except where immediate changes are required for technical, security or legal reasons.

Service availability

OnlyScreenshot aims to keep the service reasonably available, but does not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or continuously available at all times.

The service may be suspended, limited or updated for maintenance, security, technical evolution or abuse prevention purposes.

Content, data and intellectual property

The software, design, OnlyScreenshot brand and website content, unless otherwise stated, remain the property of OnlyScreenshot or its licensors.

Users retain ownership or control of the content and data they submit to the service and grant OnlyScreenshot the permissions strictly necessary to host, process, transmit and display such data in order to provide the service.

Prohibited uses

• Attempting unauthorised access, abusive scanning, unlawful scraping or interference with the service.
• Using the widget or dashboard for fraudulent, defamatory, unlawful or rights-infringing activities.
• Uploading malware, harmful code, manipulated files or content intended to compromise the security, availability or integrity of the service.
• Circumventing technical limits, rate limits, security checks or organisational safeguards of the service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OnlyScreenshot is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity or downtime arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted by law, including cases of wilful misconduct, gross negligence or other mandatory exceptions under applicable law.

Suspension, account closure and termination

OnlyScreenshot may suspend or limit access to the service in the event of abuse, security risk, violation of these terms, lawful authority requests or abnormal use incompatible with the proper functioning of the platform.

Users may stop using the service at any time. Account or content deletion may remain subject to technical timing and the retention obligations described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to the terms

OnlyScreenshot may update these terms for legal, technical, commercial or security reasons. The updated version will be published on the website together with its updated date.

Governing law and venue

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, these terms are governed by Italian law.

Any dispute relating to the service shall be subject to the court identified under applicable law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
